So it is very important to know the things that are causing acid reflux.Some acids in foods such as vinegar, orange juice, cabbage, broccoli, etc., do not only make you feel hungry, but they actually produce acids that bring back up the stomach acids. To prevent this from happening, you have to eat plenty of food that is low in acids and preservatives. Also, you can use some anti-acid medicines.
